Why are you all these things? Because you are a girl.
You were carefully thought out and crafted into something special. Trust me, you were made for a reason.
Women are such wonderful creatures. From being breathtakingly beautiful to being able to deliver new life - women are the real deal.
Women can inspire others.
Women are captivating.
Women have a powerful effect.
Have you ever seen your grandma working so hard on something and never give up? She has endurance. She has patience. She has resilience. What about watching your mom teach one of your siblings a very important life lesson? She has wisdom. She has grace. She has courtesy. Maybe your aunt is an athlete, but this year has been hard for her. She doesn't let anything get in her way because she is constant, she is steady, she is persistent, and she is female. You share all these traits with your family as well as some of your own, which makes you a force to be reckoned with.
Do not underestimate the capability of a woman. Do not get in their way. Do not question their perseverance.
Most importantly, do not overlook who you are - because trust me, you are so powerful.
About This Newborn & Family Session
Steve is the amazing realtor that got us our dream home/studio here in Grimsby. He’s also the drummer for the band Thousand Foot Krutch. Aimee is a fantastic hair stylist, and together they’re now raising five girls. Yes, you read that right. Five. :)
And little Mila was such a doll for her session in the warm studio. She slept through part of it, was awake just enough to get some beautiful images of those wide open eyes looking up at her family. Her older siblings doted on her, more than willing to snuggle, kiss and lay hands on her in prayer. It was so perfect.
