Portraits That Show So Much Love

This was one of those photoshoots that photographers dream about. Everyone was so happy to be there, the kids behaved well, and there was nothing but love shown by everyone the whole time.

While mama and baby were getting ready for newborn photos, I started photographing the older siblings while they waited patiently. Then dad jumped in and played too.

Then we jumped into family photos, motherhood images, and newborn portraits of their baby alone.

And the whole time there was so much LOVE. Sessions like this are what make my job wonderful.

About This Sweet Family

This is Laura, Tim, and their three children Landon, Marcus, and Nora.

They wanted to capture Nora as a newborn and their love for her at this stage of life. She was two months old when these images were taken.

We created a gorgeous wall portrait for their home and an heirloom album to help them remember all the fun they had. Check out their album design below. xo

Client Testimonial

“We have used Karen to photograph all three of our children at the newborn stage. She has always wowed us with her ability to capture the love within our family. She is professional yet at the same time very personal and welcoming. From the moment we stepped in her studio we felt at home. She was wonderful with our baby girl but also so great with our older boys. She made us laugh and feel comfortable and at peace throughout the entire process. She captured really sweet moments of tenderness between our family and that was exactly what we had hoped for.” - Tim Droppert

Hi there, I'm Karen! I am obsessed with newborn baby yawns, giggling kids, and jumpsuits. I'm a mama of four who understands the busyness of everyday life. I've learned to love and enjoy it through lifestyle photography. I know what it’s like to look back on my children’s first years and feel like they flew by so quickly. I don’t want any other mamas to forget what their baby’s little fingers and toes looked like all curled up. My hope is that I can help you create albums and prints to serve as physical reminders of these sweet times throughout your baby’s early years. Contact me for info.
